1，Could we get a sample before order and How could we get it?
1)Yes,surely.Production is never started without your (or your client’s) sign-off on a sample.
What you see is what you get—and we don’t want any surprises or compromises.
2)Freight to collect and sample charge paid by buyer.
(a) If you have your own consignee account number, after paid the sample charge, we will arrange the delivery.
(b)If not, you can pay the freight and sample charge to us, we will arrange the shipment by our courier.
2，Could we have our own design?
Sure, we accept OEM and need around 7-15 days to proceed the sample production.
3，How do you control your quality?
Clover Outdoors Limited has a professional producing team and has a strictly quality control on bags, each bag will be
inspected and tested carefully before shipment.
4，How could we start the cooperation?
1) Sample approval.
2) 30%/50% deposit or issue LC after receiving our PI.
3) Client approves our pre-production sample, and get the testing report if it is necessary.
4) Start bulk production.
5) Arrange shipment.
6) Supplier arrange necessary documents and send copy of these documents.
7) Client pay the balance.
8) Supplier send original documents or release the goods.
9) Quality warranty for 90 days after shipment.

Normally is 500 pcs per design, but we treasure everyone like you as a potential customer, so can try best to start trial
order to establish long time cooperation.
6，What's your terms of payment?
T/T or L/C at sight.
7，What's your method of transportation?
By express, by air, by sea (LCL or FCL) or by railway according to the actual products gross weight and your needs.
